Generic POS Codes

Code Name When to use
R00111 Accept Quote – Laptop Repair When you're sending in a laptop repair to PSA.
R00777 Accept Quote – Phone & Tablet Repair When you're sending in a phone, tablet or console repair to PSA.
R00888 Phone‚ Tablet & Laptop Parts Repair When you are ordering a part to be sent to you for an in-store repair but the PSA product SKU is not in POS. In this situation use POS code R00888 and manually adjust the Sell & Cost price. Make sure when ordering the part to put the PSA SKU in the PO notes so PSA know what part to dispatch.
